Description. Organic red wine made from our Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes, indigenous yeasts and aging in steel and French oak barrels.
Color. Intense ruby red.
Tasting Notes. A "Bordeaux like" with aromas of red fruits under spirit, keeping the classic herbaceous notes of Cabernet, fresh and balanced.
Service. Open a few minutes before and serve at room temperature 18° in the balloon.
Pairing. We recommend pairing with red meats and baked vegetables.
