Description. Organic wine made from 95% Syrah grapes with 5% Cabernet Sauvignon. This RISERVA comes from a careful selection of our best grapes and only in some vintages is produced.The alcoholic fermentation takes place thanks to the presence on the skins of a natural microflora of indigenous yeasts. WITHOUT addition of additives or chemical adjuvants, the wine is aged in French oak tonneaux (500 or 300 litres) for at least 12 months.
Color. Intense and lively ruby red with violet nuances.
Tasting Notes. Fresh aromas of currant and blackberry followed by notes of cocoa and tobacco and spices, pepper. It is a pleasantly fresh wine with great evolutionary potential. In the mouth are found the fruity and generous notes that are a hallmark of all the company’s wines.
Service. It is recommended to open the bottle at least one hour before the tasting; it is also recommended to use the decanter. The temperature for the service is 16-18 O'clock.
Pairing. In combination you can appreciate mature cheeses, spicy or rich and full-bodied dishes.
