Color. Intense ruby red with violet nuances.
Tasting Notes. The scent is ethereal, vinous, firm. In the mouth the indigenous yeast gives intense and strong flavors, almost in the usual earth, wood, moss and forest.
Service. Serve at room temperature 18þ in the balloon.
Pairing. Ideal for rich pasta dishes, game, boiled, red meats, mature cheeses, sweet gorgonzola, and spicy.
